Refund & Exchange Policy
NOTE
FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :
· For Domestic Orders:
- To request a return or exchange for a damaged product, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us verify the issue and process your request efficiently.
- The items should be unused, unwashed and without any stains. The product should have the original packaging
- Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- If the product is defective or damaged, please email us at houseofroshans@gmail.com with supporting images and the unboxing video. We will issue either a full refund (product value only) or a credit note for future use.
- In case of a return, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. Please note, we do not offer reverse shipping.
- Credit notes, once issued, cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Claims for a full refund (including Shipping Charges) will not be entertained under any circumstances.
For International Orders:
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. However, if the product is received in a damaged condition (e.g., beads, pearls, or embellishments dislodged during transit), we will issue a credit note equivalent to the product value only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The unboxing video is mandatory to claim this credit note.
- Credit notes, once issued, cannot be redeemed for cash.
- We ship through trusted third-party courier services, but as the shipping process is beyond our control, we request customer cooperation in such cases.
- Claims for a full refund (including Shipping Charges) will not be entertained under any circumstances.
